Central DistrictInvestment: $70 milion
The entire facility has been renovated, upgraded and reimagined with advanced technology throughout. The expansion included a new 16,000 square-foot Grand Ballroom and a 75,000 square-foot convention exhibition hall. Each of these halls can be modified in square footage to accommodate smaller gatherings or to host large scale events.

Fort Industry Square

Central DistrictInvestment: $59 Million
This 144,000 square foot structure leveraged $26 million in investment and tax credits to revamp upper floors into 40 residential units that overlook the Maumee River, while lower floors offer 37,000 sq. feet of commercial space. Fort Industry Square is a unique crossroad where residences, offices, retailers, and entertainment meet adjacent to the Maumee River and the Glass City Center.

Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites

Central DistrictInvestment: $64.5 Million
The development of this multi-million dollar, top-to-bottom renovation of the building for the rebranding as a 216-room Hilton Garden Inn, 93-room Hilton Homewood Suites, and a 120-seat restaurant. The 309-room hotel serves as dedicated lodging to the convention center.

Ostrich Towne

Vistula DistrictInvestment: $17 Million
The 70,000 square foot space in the oldest neighborhood in the city was revamped with the development of Ostrich Towne in the Vistula District. It is home to Molly’s Irish Pub, Nemsys, Avestruz, and soon to be Riverside BBQ.

Barber Ferris Building
Warehouse District
Investment: $7.7M
The Barber Farris Produce Building is located in the Warehouse District adjacent to the historic Erie Street Market and former Canal District. The building has served the produce industry as the B. Farris Produce Company, and is often called the Pink Building in reference to the paint color.
