Celebrate Toledo Walleye Opening Night at Downtown Restaurants
It’s time to welcome the Walleye back to the Huntington Center. To kick off this most exciting season opener, the Toledo Walleye have planned an awesome pre-game party. Between 2-6 p.m., celebrate the new Walleye season on Huron St. along the side of the Huntington Center’s Aquarium. This party is open to the public, no game or party ticket required, and will feature live music and speakers.
ConnecToledo Receives National Award for The Downtown Toledo Master Plan
ConnecToledo has received the coveted Award of Excellence for their Downtown Toledo Master Plan at the International Downtown Association’s (IDA) annual conference. Receiving the award in the Planning, Design, and Infrastructure category, was Cindy Kerr, vice president.

Momentum Festival Returns to Downtown Toledo

Shop Solheim Retail Pop-Up
It’s time to shop! The lobby of the HCR building, or the Summit Center, is holding a pop-up retail market. The Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce has brought in several local, minority owned vendors to have a presence in downtown this week and celebrate the Solheim Cup. Stop by this week from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Monday. The building is located at 333 N. Summit St and is accessible by entrance on St. Clair St. Parking can be easily found at the Superior Street Garage, 334 N. Superior Street.
Solheim Cup Fan Fest Transportation
You’ll have no problems getting downtown for all the fun. You can drive and park at any garage and lot in downtown except for the Summit Street Garage (21 N Summit St.) and The Depot Parking Garage (202 N Summit St.). Everything you need to know about Solheim Cup Fan Fest in downtown Toledo
The Solheim Cup is a biennial golf tournament contested by teams representing Europe and the United States. While the tournament will be held at Inverness Club, all off-course festivities will be held in downtown. Opening Ceremonies are on Friday, September 3 with the tournament ending Monday, September 6.
Downtown Toledo Pride Celebration 2021
It’s almost Pride weekend in Toledo! There is so much planned between the big event in Promenade and all the fun happening on Adams St, you’ll surely be busy. We’ve put together a schedule of everything going on. Please be advised that Pride is different his year. There will be no parade and the party in Promenade Park is a ticketed event happening in three different sessions. All three sessions are sold out.
