Simply Married Offers Beautiful Setting for Weddings

 

A small storefront on Erie Street (between Madison and Adams) that originally housed a bail bonds business has been transformed into an intimate, stylish wedding chapel. Open since May 26, Simply Married features exposed brick walls, tasteful decor and a range of ceremonies.

Simply Married is owned by Jess Kozak, who with her sister Jenifer Haley are ordained ministers. “Either of us can perform the ceremony, or couples can bring in their own minister,” explained Haley. Weddings can be performed on a walk-in basis, or by appointment. Vow renewals and commitment ceremonies are also performed at the chapel.

“We’ve had a very warm welcome in our first few weeks here,” Haley said. “We’ve performed five weddings in the first couple of weeks we’ve been here, so we’re looking forward to meeting other great couples.”
