Toledo is home to some pretty great food and some very talented chefs. It’s really no wonder that three of our downtown chefs have been nominated for Bon Appetite Magazine’s Fav Chef competition! The winner of the competition will be featured in Bon Appetite Magazine and will win a cash grand prize. We couldn’t be more proud to have such a strong showing.

It’s that time of year again, that six week stretch that kicks off on a cold Wednesday and ends on a hopefully sunny Easter Sunday. It’s during this time that restaurant menus begin to change and offer more seafood options for this Lenten season. We’ve compiled a list of downtown restaurants that have options you can enjoy in the restaurant or as carryout in your own home.

Downtown property and business owners, you are invited to the Downtown Toledo Improvement District (DTID) open house known as Coffee Connections. These conversations will be held the last Wednesday of the quarter at Rustbelt Coffee between 7:30-9:00a. You will have an opportunity to meet with DTID board members, staff from ConnecToledo and fellow neighbors to discuss activities impacting our workers, residents, visitors, and investors.

Beginning today, Monday, January 4, the following on-street parking changes will go into effect.
